Cancellation Policy:
Room Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival.
- Cancellation within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s stay.
- No-show will be charged 100% of the booking amount.
Child Policy
- Children below 5 years stay free (without extra bed).
- Children between 6–12 years are charged 50% of the extra bed rate.
- Extra bed charges apply for guests above 12 years.
Payment Policy
- 50% advance payment required to confirm booking.
- Full payment must be completed prior to check-in.
- We accept bank transfer and major credit cards.
